This document describes the services included in the Junovy Business Suite, including data handling, acceptable use, and service expectations. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The Junovy Business Suite is a collection of self-hosted, privacy-focused productivity tools for businesses. All services are hosted on EU-based infrastructure and managed by Junovy.

Junovy Cloud Storage provides secure file storage, synchronization, and sharing. Access your files from any device via web browser, desktop client, or mobile app.

Storage limits are defined in your service agreement. Fair use applies—storage is intended for business files, not archival of large media libraries or backups of external systems.
You may not use Junovy Cloud Storage to:
You own all files stored in your account. Upon request or account termination, you may export all data. See Account Lifecycle for details.
Junovy Team Chat provides real-time messaging for teams. Create channels, send direct messages, share files, and integrate with other tools.

By default, messages are retained for the duration of your account. Custom retention policies (automatic deletion after X days) can be configured upon request.
You may not use Junovy Team Chat to:
You own all messages and files in your workspace. Workspace administrators can export chat history. Individual users can export their own direct messages.
Junovy Talk provides secure video and audio calls, integrated with Junovy Cloud Storage. Host one-on-one calls or group meetings.

Calls are not recorded by default. If call recording is enabled by a workspace administrator, all participants are notified. Recorded calls are stored in Junovy Cloud Storage and subject to its retention policies.
You may not use Junovy Talk to:
Call metadata is retained for service operation. If recording is enabled, you own the recording files.
Junovy Office provides collaborative document editing directly in the browser. Edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with real-time collaboration.

Junovy Office uses Collabora Online, which is self-hosted on our own infrastructure. Documents are processed in-memory for editing; Collabora does not receive or store data independently and is therefore not a third-party data processor.
Standard acceptable use applies. Do not use Junovy Office to create or edit documents containing illegal content.
Documents are stored in Junovy Cloud Storage. You own all documents and can export them at any time.
Juno AI Assistant provides AI-powered writing, image generation, and audio transcription within the Junovy Cloud interface. It uses open-source AI models hosted on EU-based infrastructure via OVHcloud AI Endpoints.

AI inference is performed via OVHcloud AI Endpoints (OVHcloud SAS, Roubaix, France). Prompts are sent to OVHcloud for processing and are not stored by OVHcloud after the response is returned. All processing occurs within the EU. See the Third-Party Processors table for details.
You may not use Juno AI Assistant to:
You own all content you generate using Juno AI Assistant. Generated content saved to Junovy Cloud Storage is subject to its retention policies.
Junovy Money is a financial management tool for small businesses, currently in beta. It provides invoicing, expense tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Junovy Money is currently in beta. While we take all reasonable measures to protect your data, beta services may experience changes, interruptions, or data migration. We recommend maintaining your own financial records alongside the service during the beta period.

You own all financial data entered into Junovy Money. Data export is available via the application interface.
Junovy Sites provides website hosting for static websites and (coming soon) WordPress sites. Deploy your website with custom domains and SSL.

By default, we do not track visitors to your hosted website beyond standard server access logs (IP, user agent, timestamp). If you install analytics tools, you are responsible for your own privacy policy and cookie consent.
You may not use Junovy Sites to host:
We reserve the right to suspend or remove sites that violate this policy or applicable law. See Terms of Service Section 7 for details.
You own all website content. Upon termination, you may export your files.
All core Junovy Business Suite services are hosted on EU-based infrastructure. Primary data storage and processing occurs within the European Union.
Certain ancillary services (such as transactional email delivery and AI inference) may involve EU-based third-party processors. These are listed in the Third-Party Processors table below, including their locations and DPA status.
Support is provided via email at support@junovy.com. Response times depend on your service agreement:

Support is available Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 CET, excluding Dutch public holidays.
We target 99.5% uptime for all services. Scheduled maintenance is performed during low-usage hours (typically Sunday 02:00-06:00 CET) with advance notice when possible.
We do not offer formal SLAs for standard plans. Custom SLAs are available for enterprise clients upon request.
