Procedure for Reporting Illegal Content
Junovy is committed to ensuring that illegal content is not hosted on its platform. In compliance with the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), we have established this notice-and-takedown procedure.
This procedure allows anyone to report content they believe to be illegal under EU or Dutch law. We take these reports seriously and process them according to the timelines and procedures outlined below.

A valid notice must contain the following information (per DSA Article 16):
Notices that do not contain sufficient information may be rejected. We will inform you if this is the case so you can resubmit with additional details.

After assessment, we may take any of the following actions:
All decisions are made by qualified staff. We do not use fully automated decision-making for content moderation.
If your content has been removed or restricted, you will be notified with:
You may submit a counter-notice to abuse@junovy.com explaining why the content should be restored. Counter-notices are assessed within 7 calendar days. If the counter-notice is successful, the content will be restored.
If you disagree with a decision we have made regarding content moderation, you may submit a complaint to abuse@junovy.com.
Complaints are reviewed by a different staff member from the one who made the original decision. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 calendar days.
If you remain unsatisfied, you may refer the matter to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or the competent court.
We are obliged to report certain types of illegal content to the relevant authorities, including:

Junovy uses automated malware scanning (ClamAV) for all uploaded files. This is signature-based detection only and does not constitute general monitoring of content. For details on our scanning practices, see our Privacy Policy Section 4a and our DPIA: File Scanning.
